To order a set of CurioNails, you must know your nail measurements. 

How to determine your size:

Option One (Recommended):

Purchase a Sizing Kit!

A sizing kit includes every nail size (#'s 0-11) in the shape of your choice (e.g. short almond) for you to try and determine your prefect fit.

This is especially recommended if you have not ordered from us before or are trying a new shape. Simply place the nail tips over your nails to determine your correct sizes & write down the size for each finger.

Once you know your nail sizes/numbers, you can correspond those to CurioNails standardized sizes (XS,S,M,L) as listed in the sizing chart below or order a custom size at checkout. 

 

Option Two:

Measure your nails.

Please be aware that there is more room for error when measuring your nails versus using a sizing kit, and could lead to you ordering nails that do not fit correctly.

How to Measure your Nails in Millimeters:

Step 1

Lay a soft measuring tape over the widest part of your nail pulling down tight to account for any curve of your nail. 

Note the width of each nail in millimeters for each finger, at the widest part.

OR

Stick a piece of tape across the widest part of your nail pressing down to account for any curvature.

Pull the tape off your nail and flatten it as much as possible to measure the distance between your marks of each nail (thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky) with a measuring tape or ruler in millimeters.

Step 2

Now that you've recorded the width (accounting for any curve) of your nails in millimeters, use one of the charts below with your preferred shape to determine your individual nail numbers (0-11) and the corresponding size kit to select (XS, S, M, L) 

CurioNails Standard Sizes

XS - 3, 6, 5, 7, 10

S - 2, 5, 4, 6, 10

M - 1, 5, 4, 6, 9

L - 0, 4, 3, 5, 8

*If you are between nails sizes it is safer to go up one nail size

Custom: If your numbers do not correspond to any of the standard sizes or if your hands are different sizes - select ‘custom’ at checkout and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box.

Please include nail size information like this:

(Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky) - Example: Right: 16mm, 12mm, 15mm, 12mm, 10mm. Left: 16mm, 12mm, 15mm, 12mm, 10mm.
